Texas Food Handler Course Presentation & Assessment

Thanks for choosing 123 Food Handler for your food safety training and Texas Food Handler Card. We have adopted a boat to throat frame of mind. This means at every level, from the boat to the throat, Food Safety is key.

Each year in the U.S., about 1 in 6 people (or 48 million) get sick from a foodborne illness. Many of these illnesses occur one by one, but some are part of outbreaks. Outbreaks have been linked to many different types of foods including fruits and vegetables, seafood, dairy, chicken, beef, pork, and processed foods.

When you look at these numbers it seems pretty important that Food Handlers are trained and knowledgeable when it comes to food safety.

Just follow our three easy steps and you will be led through what we believe is comprehensive Food Handler training program.

Thanks and remember to wash your hands.
